I spent last week on Bainbridge Island, across Puget Sound from Seattle, visiting with family. On my last day I got to Bloedel reserve and had a quick walk through their gardens. This set of photos is of the Japanese Garden and pavilion. There are so many beautiful spots in the Reserve. I hope to get back one day and spend more time. I got quite a few quality photos given my short visit.
On my last day on Bainbridge Island, WA, I made my way out to Bloedel Reserve. I am so glad I did. I have known about the reserve for some time because of its Creative Residency Program. What a beautiful place. I don't think you could do much better for a beautiful and peaceful setting in which to create.
The above two photographs are from the reserve, a spot I found particularly enchanting because of the stillness of the waters and the reflections resulting. I will post more as I edit and have them ready.
